Operateur Reflex & Elementary Actions

​

To be a fully efficient Operator, a USJTF Member must master the Operator Reflex Actions (ORA, 11). Operator Elemeentary Actions (OEA, 3), combining different ORAs, are the basis of every mission execution in a MilSim game.

The Strike team, composed of theorically 4 players, is the smallest unit in MilSim infantry environment. Due to its small size, its tactical use is limited and isolated it is in danger.

Everyone has a specialty: Grenadier, Rifleman, Automatic Gunner, Team Leader,... USJTF take account of its members wishes and ensure they follow an adapted training so anyone could be employed at his or her full potential.

SPECIALITES

MilSim Airsoft according to USJTF is the practice of the game including the use of real military tactics, techniques and procedures adapted to Airsoft scale in order to improve the sport experience. In this logic, USJTF develops concepts and techniques it seeks to share not by elitism but the will to serve at improving the broader MilSim community.

Strike Group Combat

USJTF standard formation 9 player

Generally composed of 9 players it is the first operational unit in MilSim environment. Indeed, composed of 2 to 3 Strike Teams, it can conduct a large range of mission with relative autonomy.

Airsoft firing instruction

 

An Airsoft replica may not be a weapon, it still can be dangerous when treated without precaution. The AFI aims to teach the correct manipulation of replicas both to ensure security and fire efficiency.

TIR D'AIRSOFT

Strike Section Combat

USJTF standard formation 21, 30 or 39 players

 

Composed of 2 to 3 Strike Groups and a 3 men command unit, the Strike Section is a higher operational unit generally gathered for 2 plus days of MilSim operation. Led by a Section Leader, assisted by an Assistant Section Leader and a RTO, the Strike Section fire and maneuver to achieve its objectives.

Higher echelons

USJTF Company & Strike Force

 

During larger MilSim events the Strike Section may not be the right organisation echelon to coordinate forces. The Strike Company and Strike Force exist to supplant this issue by the addition of an autonomous command structure able to ensure the conduct of the game with a higher efficiency.

STRIKE FORCE

Radio communications basis

 

Radio communications are essential during MilSim events to coordinate the teams efforts. They must be clear, precises and short. It does exist radio procedures to reach this objectives.
